We ship UPS within the Continental USA only.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new and unworn shoes within 90 days of the purchase date. Merchandise will be refunded to the credit card on which it was purchased. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please return shoes in their original box and original or similar shipping carton. Please use the included mailing label to return merchandise. We recommend sending returns via United Postal Service, but feel free to send via your preferred carrier.
If you wish to exchange shoes, please fill out the included exchange form and pack it with your return.
All Handbags & Sale items are considered FINAL SALE, therefore not returnable nor exchangeable. If you wish to return a handbag or sale item, you MUST email info@davidsshoes.com for a return authorization.
Price adjustments on newly marked-down items will be honored on a one-time basis, and only if the item was purchased 7 days before the mark-down went into effect. Please note that price adjustments will not be made for promotional events. Any items that receive a price adjustment are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
For your protection, when returning an item, we recommend that you make a note of the tracking number given to you by your carrier in case of lost packages. We assume no responsibility for lost returns.
