We ship UPS within the Continental USA only.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new and unworn shoes within 90 days of the purchase date. Merchandise will be refunded to the credit card on which it was purchased. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please return shoes in their original box and original or similar shipping carton. Please use the included mailing label to return merchandise. We recommend sending returns via United Postal Service, but feel free to send via your preferred carrier.

If you wish to exchange shoes, please fill out the included exchange form and pack it with your return.

All Handbags & Sale items are considered FINAL SALE, therefore not returnable nor exchangeable.

Price adjustments on newly marked-down items will be honored on a on-time basis, and only if the item was purchased 7 days before the mark-down went into effect.

If returning an item and for your protection, we recommend that you make a note of the tracking number given to you by your carrier in case of lost packages.
